October 10th - FIERCE Official Product Release Update

We want to start by thanking you for trusting us with your FIERCE preorders! We have experienced a slight delay, as this is a new product and there were a couple of minor issues that we did not anticipate. Our production run is taking a little longer than expected because we have taken some extra time to select random units from the production line to put through extreme and severe testing for longevity and durability. This extreme testing process is a final step to ensure that our FIERCE production units do not have any previously undiscovered issues prior to shipping them to our clients. In other words, we want our clients to have the absolute best experience with their FIERCE now and lasting into the extended future. It is very important to us that we get our FIERCE right from the very start!

This final extreme testing process has been successful, and we are very confident that our FIERCE is problem-free and ready to ship! This final step has caused a minor production delay. Therefore, we are updating our ‘tentative shipping date’ of September 24th to an ‘official shipping date’ of October 10th. We are confident in the official October 10th shipping date, and we do not anticipate any further delays.

We sincerely apologize for this final delay. However, we hope that you understand and appreciate us taking this extra time to ensure the quality of each and every FIERCE that our clients receive, as opposed to rushing to meet a deadline.
