We reserve the right to use third party age verification systems, in accordance with federal law. If necessary, we reserve the right to ask for identification. In instances when credit card or billing address verification is unable to match you to our third-party database, we will be required to review your state identification card. Shipping
All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. All shipments will be confirmed within 2 business days, unless otherwise notified. Possible same day shipping ends at 2:00 PM PST on scheduled business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. All domestic parts and accessory orders are shipped via USPS Mail. All domestic device bundle orders are shipped via your choice of USPS Mail or UPS Ground.
International shipping time frames vary, depending on the country. International orders may be subject to holds and clearance delays due to international customs departments. Import taxes and fees may be required to gain customs clearance for final delivery. Any possible delays and added fees cannot be predicted or altered by Healthy Rips in any way.
The international buyer is responsible for all direct communication with their local customs department, as well as payment of any required taxes or fees, provision of any required documentation, and the collection of their package. Failure to pay the required customs fees or failure to collect the package may result in the permanent loss of goods. Order cancellations and refunds will not be honored for failed deliveries due to buyer neglect. Order cancellations for international shipments processed as "return to sender" will only be eligible for partial refund once the package is delivered back to the sender address. International shipping fees will not be eligible for refund.

Returns
All of our products can be returned within 14 days of package delivery. All returned items must meet return requirements. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10-25% depending on condition.

Every device purchased directly from our website or one of our approved distributors is covered under the following manufacturer warranties:
Warranty eligibilities will be determined based on the original retail purchase date and confirmation with our diagnostics team. Lifetime replacement warranty devices purchased for 1/2 price are not considered original retail purchases, and are therefore ineligible for the One Year Free Replacement Warranty.
Defective or malfunctioning devices must be returned for testing and verification with our diagnostics team in order to be considered eligible for either of our manufacturer warranties. Any customer seeking a replacement device under warranty will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. All verified devices determined eligible for warranty will be replaced with the same model device, if available. If unavailable, the device will be replaced with an upgrade or later released model of equal value.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Green Curative, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Green Curative, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Green Curative, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Green Curative, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
